Blizzard announces ‘Heroes of the Dorm’ college tournament

Heroes of the Storm manages to keep my attention week after week, and Blizzard is going to new methods to promote the still-in-beta MOBA. On April 26 in Los Angeles, they’ll host a “Heroes of the Dorm” tournament, featuring teams of four across the US and Canada. The winners will claim free college tuition.

If you’re in the LA area you can get in for free at 1:30 PST, but Blizzard notes that space is limited. For everyone else, you can watch it on ESPN 3 (!), WatchESPN.com, or on the WatchESPN app.

I hope this eSports push works out for them, because Heroes is actually pretty good.
