A special treat was promised this Sunday and a special treat was delivered. Although somewhat obvious since it was rumored beforehand, it’s still nice to know that those of us eagerly awaiting BioShock with excited trembling can now download a demo from Xbox Live — right now! Yes, while 90% of the readers have just abandoned this post to go giggle like girls and fire up their consoles, the rest of you can watch the latest trailer for 2K’s ridiculously sweet looking first person romp.

There’s little more for me to say other than I love the latest commercial. Absolutely ripping stuff and hopefully the demo matches. Now go, download, play and share your thoughts with the rest of the Destructoid community.
