Big o’ St. Patrick’s sale brings 40% off Civilization VI

Way cheaper than Steam’s weekend sale

It’s green beer, corned beef, and cheap Civilization VI this St. Patrick’s Day weekend. Steam launched a 2K publisher sale yesterday morning, cutting the price of the Standard Edition of Civilization VI to $47.99. Well, Green Man Gaming has outdone Steam, cutting the Deluxe Edition price to the same $47.99 which makes it the cheapest Deluxe copy by a wide margin.

Of course the deal is all part of GMG’s new St. Patrick’s Day sale, which runs through the weekend and covers a wide range of PC gaming deals. There are dozens of games that are hard to fit into a category, but two categories are clearly defined: Paradox Interactive and “outer space” titles.

In the Paradox Interactive sale we’re seen new lows on the recently released Tyranny game as well as good prices on its bread and butter Crusader Kings II, the Hearts of Iron series, and Europa Universalis IV. In the Outer Space sale you’ll find bunch of XCOM-related titles for cheap.
