Bethesda announces its new digs in Germany and France

Bethesda Softworks has announced that it has expanded its “global operations” this afternoon. The studio responsible for Oblivion, Fallout 3, and is rumored to be working on an Elder Scrolls MMO, has opened offices in two European cities: Frankfurt, Germany and Paris, France. Frank Matzke and Julie Chalmette will be the managing directors of those respective offices.

What will these offices be doing? According to the PR, they’ll “directly oversee sales and marketing” in the two territories. And boy will they have stuff to watch over soon — Brink, Fallout: New Vegas, RAGE, and Hunted: The Demon’s Forge are all slated to be published by daddy company ZeniMax in the fairly near future.
