One of the most popular weapons in Call of Duty Warzone 2.0 and Modern Warfare 2 these days is the ISO Hemlock. The extraordinary assault rifle weapon is one of the strongest contenders, dominating the mid-range battlefield. Here’s the best Warzone 2.0 ISO Hemlock loadout you need to know about.

When it comes to the ISO Hemlock, this weapon works well in both Warzone 2.0 battle royale modes and the Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer modes alike. That said, the loadouts work differently for this weapon based on which game you’re playing.

For those of you who are playing Warzone 2.0, this is the best ISO Hemlock loadout that will work in Resurgence and Al Mazrah alike:

  • Muzzle: Harbinger D20
  • Barrel: Fielder T-50
  • Ammunition: 5.56 High Velocity Bullets
  • Rear Grip: XTEN Grip
  • Optic: This is down to personal preference. Either the Cronen Mini Pro or Aim OP-V4.

On the other hand, the recommended Modern Warfare 2 ISO Hemlock loadout is slightly different from its battle royale counterpart. For this version, players should adjust some of the attachments, such as the optic, to make up for the smaller maps in multiplayer.

Here are the attachments you should put on the ISO Hemlock in the various multiplayer game modes in MW2, like Search & Destroy and Domination:

  • Underbarrel: FSS Sharkfin 90
  • Stock: Raid 90
  • Ammunition: 5.56 High Velocity Bullets
  • Rear Grip: Phantom Grip
  • Optic: This comes down to preference. Use either the Cronen Mini Pro (this is what I use) or the default iron sights.

Is the ISO Hemlock in Ranked Play?

For many MW2 players, they may want to use the ISO Hemlock assault rifle in Ranked Play. Introduced in Season 2 alongside the Hemlock itself, Ranked Play features the central competitive multiplayer experience in Call of Duty these days.

This was possible when the second season came out, where the ISO Hemlock was one of the few assault rifles you could use in Ranked Play. And it was arguably the best one in its weapon category, outpacing even the competitive AR leader, the TAQ-56.

Unfortunately, an update shortly into Season 2 removed the ISO Hemlock from Ranked Play. You are no longer able to use this weapon in the Call of Duty League-style game modes. This is unfortunate for those like myself who were dominating with it.

Thankfully, you can still use the powerful Hemlock everywhere else in both Warzone 2.0 and Modern Warfare 2.
