In Type Soul, each of the three factions has various clans you can join to obtain specific buffs. Only one of these buffs can be active at a time, as you can only join one clan at a time, so some are better than others depending on what you are doing. Best Arrancar Clan Buffs

There are currently five active Arrancar clans you can join in Type Soul. Here are all the best Arrancar Clan Buffs in order from best to worst:

1. Cifer Clan – +15 HP, +20 Reiatsu, 25% Increased Resurrection Duration
2. Starrk Clan – +15 HP, +15 Posture, and +1.5 Reiatsu on hit
3. Odelschwanck Clan – +10 HP, +15 Posture, +20 Reiatsu
4. Jaegerjaquez Clan – +15 HP, +10 Posture, and Increased Posture Regeneration
5. Louisenbairn Clan – +15 HP, +5 Posture, +15 Reiatsu

As you can see, the Cifer Clan is your best option for Arrancar. HP and Reiatsu are the most important stats you can get from clan buffs, and the increased Ressurection Duration is just an added bonus. Starrk Clan is a solid option as well, because of the +1.5 Reiatsu on hit. Louisenbairn is the only clan that feels truly lackluster, as there are other options within the clan, like Cifer, that have the same benefits but better.

Best Quincy Clan Buffs

Five Quincy Clans are currently active in Type Soul as well. These are the best Quiny Clan Buffs at the moment from best to worst:

1. Valkyrie Clan – +15 HP, +15 Posture, 25% Increased Vollstandig Duration
2. B Clan – +10 HP and 10% Increased Reiatsu Regeneration
3. Le Vaar Clan – +25 HP, +15 Posture, +20 Reiatsu
4. Parnkgjas Clan – +20 HP, and +2.5 Reiatsu on hit
5. Du Clan – +15 HP, +10 Posture, and Increased Posture Regeneration

The Valkyrie Clan buffs are very strong simply due to the increased Vollstandig duration. It’s the pick that most Quincy players should go with in Type Soul. However, the B Clan, Le Vaar Clan, and Parnkgjas Clan are all solid options as well. The only Quincy Clan I recommend against is the Du Clan.

Best Shinigami or Soul Reaper Clan Buffs

While the other factions have five active clans at the moment, there is actually six active Shinigami Clans in Type Soul. Your best options for Shinigami Clan Buffs from best to worst are:

1. Kurosaki – +20 Reiatsu, +5 Posture, 25% increased Bankai Duration
2. Yamamoto – +20 HP, +20 Reiatsu
3. Tsunayashiro – Increased Posture Regeneration and 5% Increased Reiatsu Regeneration
4. Hyosube – +25 HP, and +1.5 Reitasu on hit
5. Zaraki – +15 HP, +10 Posture, and Increased Posture Regeneration
6. Shutara – +20 HP, +10 Posture, and +15 Reiatsu

The Kurosaki Clan is without a doubt the best option for the Shinigami because of their increased Bankai duration. The Yamamoto gives a massive base stat increase to HP and Reiatsu, and yh Tsunayashiro Clan is unique in that it’s the only clan to provide passive regeneration buffs. The only Shinigami Clan I recommend skipping is Shutara, which doesn’t really provide anything special.
