When you begin your journey in FC 27 Ultimate Team, the first task is to pick a Starter Pack. There are four different options to choose from, and they will provide you with the first cards for your squad. However, your selection will have a deeper impact, so it’s important for you to get your choice correct.
Which Starter Pack should you choose in FC 27 Ultimate Team
Whether you’re starting Ultimate Team today on the Web App or from inside the game, picking the Starter Pack will be your first task. There are four different options.
- WSL and Premier League
- LaLiga EA and Liga F Moeve
- Bundesliga and Google Pixel Frauen-Bundesliga
- Ligue 1 and Arkema Premiere Ligue
When you make your pick, you’ll be shown one Squad Foundations item. However, it’s not the entire scenario, since there are four special cards you’ll get. They all have the same positions: one LB, one CB, one CM, and one ST. The pool of Squad Foundations items will be locked based on your choice.
Since there are no bad choices, here are my recommendations.
- WSL and Premier League: The Premier League always gets special cards that make it easier to build your squad while maintaining the required squad chemistry. You’ll get more from the Season 1 Pass, and the upcoming promo, Destined For Glory, will also have more. If you’re like me and love the Premier League, this is your choice.
- Bundesliga and Google Pixel Frauen-Bundesliga: The Bundesliga arguably has the best Squad Foundations items if I rate them based on their stats and playstyles. However, the German top division doesn’t always have the best of cards from promos, but that might change this year.
- Ligue 1 and Arkema Premiere Ligue: The Ligue 1 features some of the most underrated meta items you can imagine. Moreover, the Arkema has some of the strongest footballers from the women’s game, making it a great choice for the ‘rats’.
