The evolution has two upgrade levels, each with specific conditions to meet.
Level 1 upgrades

Once again, you’re not going to get a starting custodian by completing this evolution. Most evolutions so far have been underpowered compared to what we got during the same time last year. However, there will be more evolutions in the future, and chaining them could eventually make the evolved card good enough for a starting role.
