Atlus announces Trauma Team for the Wii

Oh man. E3 isn’t even here yet and the great announcements are already starting to roll in. As if XSEED’s announcement that Fragile would be getting a US release yesterday wasn’t enough excitement to blow my brain to smithereens, today Atlus announces a new entry in the Trauma Center series: Trauma Team for the Nintendo Wii!

The unique thing about Trauma Team is that it allows you to play as one of six characters: a general surgeon, diagnostician, E.M.T., orthopedic surgeon, endoscope technician, or a medical examiner. It looks like this could be the biggest Trauma Center title yet, which is a total thrill for me since I’m a huge fan of this series. It’s slated to come out in spring 2010 — you gonna pick this one up?
