Army of Two gets a November release date

I hope everyone is prepared for some man/man action on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 this holiday season. Electronic Arts’ upcoming “buddy-touching simulator,” Army of Two, has been given a firm November 15, 2007 release date for both North America and Europe.

Army of Two is a true cooperative third-person shooter, focusing on “two-man missions, two-man strategies, two-man tactics and a two-man advantage.” This is also the first third-person action game that I know of where you can have your character rock some air guitar. For real.

All laughs aside, this game does happen to be on the top of my very short “third-person shooters I want to play in November” list. I, for one, look forward to plenty of hand holding, back patting, and gun firing later this year.
