How to find and refill the Witch’s Grimoire in Queen’s Domain

The Witch’s Grimoire can be found from the large tree near where you wake up. Move towards the back of the tree (where it meets the wall) and continuously press E.

To refill it, you can use the top of the record of sin behind the hidden wall. It automatically gains one charge whenever you defeat a boss.
