All PEAK achievements

PEAK features over 40 badges you can collect across multiple runs. While some require reaching the end, others span across several playthroughs. You’ll even find a mix of multiplayer and singleplayer challenges to tackle. Here’s a complete list of PEAK’s badges and how to obtain them.

BadgeDescriptionHow to unlock
Beachcomber BadgeClimb past the SHORE.Climb to the top of SHORE’s mountain and activate its campfire. You can reduce the difficulty of Tenderfoot to make this and subsequent badges easier to earn.
Trailblazer BadgeClimb past the TROPICS.Climb to the top of the TROPICs mountain and activate its campfire.
Alpinist BadgeClimb past the ALPINE.Climb to the top of ALPINE’s mountain and activate its campfire.
Volcanology BadgeClimb past the CALDERA.Climb across CALDERA’s landscape and activate its campfire.
Peak BadgeReach the PEAK.Reach the end of PEAK’s final level.
As of Patch v1.8, you can no longer cheese this by dying before reaching the end. You now need to be alive during the finale for this to count.
Esoterica BadgeObtain a mystical item.Find any of PEAK’s mystical items by searching through luggage bags or Ancient Statues at the end of each level. Using an Ancient Statue with an eliminated player in your group will revive them instead of giving you an item.
Happy Camper BadgeReceive five Morale Boosts from campfires.Interact with five campfires while playing in a multiplayer match. You’ll need five campfires across at least two runs.
First Aid BadgeHeal your friends for 100 points of injury in a single expedition. You can heal other players using Medkits or bandages.
High Altitude BadgeClimb 5000m total.Continue playing through PEAK until you’ve climbed a total of 5,000 meters. You can complete this across multiple runs.
Plunderer BadgeOpen 15 luggages in a single expedition.Open every single luggage bag you encounter across each level. You need to accomplish this in a single run.
Emergency Preparedness BadgeHeal an unconscious friend with an item to save them from death. If your friend is injured, use a Medkit. Otherwise, you can use items like Cure-All if they’re affected by status effects.
Arborist BadgeReach the top of a really big tree.Reach the TROPICS level and climb any of the large trees you find throughout your run.
Foraging BadgeEat five different berries in a single expedition.Every level has several berry types you can consume, including poisonous variants that’ll damage you but otherwise count toward this badge.
Participation BadgeHave a friend escape the island without you.Have your character die and turn into a ghost before your run ends. From here, you just need a friend to reach the final level’s peak and escape.
Clutch BadgeResurrect three scouts in a single expedition. You can only do this by visiting Ancient Statues at the tops of each level. You can use multiple statues across several levels, but must complete this within one full run.
Endurance BadgeClimb 50m upwards without touching the ground.Use consumables like Big Lollipops or energy drinks to raise your stamina and movement speed. From here, you need to climb up a wall without touching any flat surfaces. You can also use pitons, vines, or chains.
Cooking BadgeCook 20 meals at campfires.Bring any item to campfires, ideally food, and cook it. Continue this process until you cook 20 total items.
Survivalist BadgeEscape the island without ever losing consciousness.Complete a run without succumbing to any status effects or taking too much fall damage.
Animal Serenading BadgePlay the bugle for a capybara. You’ll find a bugle at the plane’s crash site when you begin SHORE. Bring the bugle with you to ALPINE before searching for a hot spring containing several capybaras. You can also use the Bugle of Friendship or Scoutmaster’s Bugle if you have them.
Bing Bong BadgeHelp Bing Bong escape the island. You’ll find Bing Bong at the plane’s crash site when you begin SHORE. Bring Bing Bong to the end and escape the island with the plushie still on your person.
Toxicology BadgeRestore 200 total poison by using items.Use Antidotes, Medkits, and Cure-All to heal status effects. You’ll find poisonous jellyfish and plants within SHORE, while TROPICS has multiple poisonous plants and consumable items.
Mentorship BadgeHave a 1-on-1 with the Scoutmaster. The easiest way to do this is to play in multiplayer and have one person reach the level’s peak while another stays at the bottom. Only the host will earn the achievement through this method, though. In singleplayer, you can use the Scoutmaster’s Bugle to summon the Scoutmaster.
Bouldering BadgePlace 10 pitons. You’ll find pitons inside luggage bags. Obtain some and place them on any wall. You can complete this across multiple runs.
Lone Wolf BadgeEscape the island in a solo expedition.Complete the final level in a solo playthrough without other players.
Speed Climber BadgeEscape the island in under an hour.Spend time learning a day’s map, its most optimal routes, and ways to utilize certain items to make traversal easier. Maps reset daily, giving you only one day to learn before having to start from scratch with a new layout. This can also depend on luck with what items you get from luggage bags and Ancient Statues.
Mycology BadgeEat four different non-toxic mushrooms in a single expedition.Mushrooms spawn in the SHORE and TROPICS. There are seven variants, with four being non-toxic and three being poisonous. You can find out their differences through your in-game guidebook or our breakdown of which PEAK mushrooms are poisonous. A friend can also feed them to you if you’re out of inventory space and want to save some time.
Balloon BadgeEscape the island without taking fall damage.Be very careful as you travel around each level to avoid accidentally falling off ledges. Tenderfoot is much more forgiving with fall damage, making this achievement much easier.
Naturalist BadgeEscape the island without eating any packaged food.Only eat foraged goods like berries, mushrooms, honeycombs, and eggs. You can also eat marshmallows you find at campfires.
Gourmand BadgeEscape the island after cooking and eating a coconut half, a honeycomb, a yellow winterberry, and an egg.You can find coconuts in the SHORE and TROPICS and honeycomb in the TROPICS. Yellow Winterberries spawn in ALPINE, while eggs appear in CALDERA. A friend can also feed you these items.
Prior to Patch v1.8, a bug allowed you to eat them as is and still receive credit. Aggro Crab and Landfall have since resolved this, and you’re now required to cook the items before consuming them.
Leave No Trace BadgeEscape the island without placing anything on the mountain.Don’t place any pitons, ropes, or chains as you progress through each level. If you’re in multiplayer, everyone has to abide by this for you to receive the badge.
Knot Tying BadgePlace 100m of rope in a single expedition.Loot luggage bags and take any spool of rope, including rope cannons, you find. Use them in their entirety until you place 100 meters total.
Bookworm BadgeRead all of Scoutmaster Myre’s journal entries.Myre’s journal entries spawn at campfires. Inspect each entry, repeating this for each campfire. You’ll need to do this across multiple runs, but you can end an attempt after reading CALDERA’s entry to save time.
As of Patch v1.8, Scrolls now appear in chronological order regardless of where you are on the mountain, making this badge much easier to obtain. They also have a chance to appear each time you play, letting you search for them repeatedly, even if you’re doing so on the same map.
Aeronautics BadgeAchieve flight.
Equip six Balloons at the same time.
Astronomy BadgeLook a little too closely at the blazing sun.Use the Binoculars to look directly into the sun in the MESA biome.
