The table below has all the important instructions you’ll need to find the NPCs. Not all of them are available for hire, so keep that in mind as you explore the map.

As far as services are concerned, they’re subject to change in each round. However, there’s an exception to this rule: Elite Daigo, Heatwave PJ, Dylan, and John Wick will always offer the same service in every game.
