All Mario & Sonic at the Olympics events finally revealed Posted 16 years ago by Hamza Aziz There’s a slim chance we’re going to get Sonic in a Mario game, but at least we have the next best thing: Mario in a Sonic game (Yes, I’m quoting somebodies Clog here more or less, can’t remember who). After trailer after trailer, we’ve finally been given details of what events you’ll participate in. Now BFeld13 won’t have to break up future trailers to see what events will be in the game! Fencing Archery Shooting – Skeet Gymnastics – Trampoline Gymnastics – Vault Field – High Jump Field – Pole Vault Field – Long Jump Field – Triple Jump Field – Javelin Throw Field – Hammer Throw Rowing – Single Sculls Table Tennis – Singles Aquatics – 100m Freestyle Aquatics – 4x100m Freestyle Track – 110m and 400m Hurdles Track – 4x100m Relay Track -100m and 400m God damn this sounds boring … I mean … yeah, sorry, not much of a Olympics man myself. Although I do suppose these games will play out in a similar fashion as Mario Party and like Chad said, Nintendo-themed sports games are a fun distraction at the very least. There will also be a total of 16 characters to choose from (8 from each camp), players can design their own events circuit and there will be mini-games relating to the history of the Olympics as well.
