CONTROL Resonant shines in its fast-paced, deadly combat, but dressing up Dylan Faden is almost as delightful as breaking down hordes of Hiss enemies. The game supports a few codes, allowing you to unlock specific cosmetics for free.
Free skin codes are only a fraction of the cosmetics available, however. You get more items by completing certain side quests, raising the zone level of eligible areas, and beating arcade challenges.
Still, codes offer a (often limited-time) opportunity to secure some extra outfits for Dylan that you wouldn’t otherwise have access to, such as the MIO Specialist’s Robe. Here are the codes we’ve found for CONTROL Resonant.

MIO Specialist’s Robe
Code: EV172-LN211-PL279
The MIO Specialist’s Robe seems to be a special gift to the Chinese community. We saw the code thanks to Henry1103a on social media, which is accompanied by promo art apparently in Chinese, indicating its provenance. Using the code grants you a free skin, marked as a Top Layer in-game.
“A robe left by a Specialist from the Ministry of Immaterial Objectives; a Chinese Government Entity dedicated to protecting public order through the discovery and containment of Paranatural Phenomena,” its in-game description reads.
CONTROL Resonant Launch Twitch Drops: Sierra Suit
The Sierra Suit set is available as part of CONTROL Resonant‘s launch Twitch drops campaign between Sept. 22 and Oct. 13. It’s comprised of a three-piece “used by volunteers of FBC’s high acceleration experiments,” which does not sound at all reassuring. But hey, at least it looks cool. Each piece takes its own slot, so you can use the Sierra Vest on top of other layers. The Sierra Helmet seems to be a stylized version of the Armored M1 Helmet.
The Twitch Drops don’t have a universal code. Instead, you need to watch eligible streams for up to four hours to obtain the required code, then enter it into the appropriate field. The “drop received” message can be wrong; mine said I got the helmet when I received the suit and vice versa, but I did get all three parts of the set.
How to redeem codes in CONTROL Resonant
Redeeming a code in CONTROL Resonant is simple, but you must have the game open and running. Go to Options, then Gameplay, and look for the Enter Redeem Code field at the bottom of the menu, above the Reset to Defaults option. From there, you can type the corresponding code. You can do this from the main menu or at any point in Dylan’s journey.
