Halloween: The Game‘s story mode has 14 different recordings collectibles to get across the six different chapters. While getting them isn’t necessary to finish the story, they add a layer of complexity if you’re a collector. Moreover, you’ll unlock additional bits of the story and unique cosmetics that aren’t available elsewhere.
Let’s find out how you can get all 14 recordings without missing any.

How to find all recording collectibles in Halloween: The Game
We begin our search with the Prologue, which is the very first chapter of the game. There are two collectibles to discover in this chapter.
Prologue collectible locations
There are two of them to find: Loomis Log #2 and Loomis Log #4.
Loomis Log #2
Turn back just after you begin the chapter and you’re asked to escape. Head to the courtyard, and look for the trash can located to the left part of the area.
You’ll find the tape on top of it.
Loomis Log #4
To escape, you’ll have to open the gate that blocks your path. Once you reach the gate, don’t escape. Instead, head left, and you’ll find a small shelter past the light. There’s a trash can and shelf on top of it. The log is on the shelf.
Chapter 1
Chapter 1 has two different logs to find: Loomis Log #6 and Loomis Log #8.
Loomis Log #6
Once you reach the Inn, head inside. Go towards the Restrooms at the back of the bar, and you’ll find a door to the left. Open it to enter the changing room, and you’ll the collectible will be on top of the dresser.
Loomis Log #8
Wait for the option to explore the area to appear. Then, open the door to the garage, and reach the office where the mechanic was present. You’ll find the collectible on the desk.
Chapter 2
There are two logs to find: Loomis Log #3 and Loomis Log #9.
Loomis Log #3
Enter the house north of the Cemetery, and locate a fireplace to find collectible on top of it.
Loomis Log #9
Once you enter the A-Side Music Store, go to the back. You’ll find the collectible on top of a box. You’ll also find Tanya in the same location (well, nothing good happens to her).
Chapter 3
There are two logs to be found: Loomis Log #1 and Loomis Log #5.
Loomis Log #1
Once you find Marcus, go to the house located to left of his. Move all the way to the back, and you’ll it find it resting on a cabinet in the hallway. It’s easy to locate since it’s in a lit area.
Loomis Log #5
You’ll find a house in the southeast part of the map with a yellow van parked outside. Reach the dining room and then enter the bedroom on the opposite side. The recording is resting on a desk in the same room.
Chapter 4
This is the first chapter where you’ll find three recordings: Sheriff Brackett’s recording, Loomis Log #10, and Loomis Log #7.
Loomis Log #10
Enter the house opposite to that of the Wallace’s, and you’ll find the recording on top of the fireplace in the living room.
Loomis Log #7
Once you have the instruction to kill Annie, head to the outhouse in the southern part of the map. There, you’ll find the laundry room and the tape will be on top of a machine.
Sheriff Brackett’s Recording
In Chapter 4, you’ll get the objective to fully stalk Laurie. Return to the house where you found Loomis Log #10, and enter the one to its right. Go through the front door, and turn right to find the dining room with the tape on top of it.
Chapter 5
There are three recordings to find in this chapter: Nurse Chamber’s Recording, Loomis Log #11, and Laurie’s Recording.
Laurie’s Recording
This is the easiest one to find since it’s in the very house where you start the chapter. Look for the Dining Room, and the collectible will be on small table (use the lamp as a visual cue).
Loomis Log #11
Enter the bedroom of the Wallace House where you had found Annie. The tape is in a right corner of the same room.
Nurse Chamber’s Recording
You’ll find the sports field in the northeast area of the map, and a house ease of it. You’ll find the recording opposite of the fireplace in the living room.
