Akira Yamaoka discusses Silent Hill 5, Origins and his work as series composer

Here’s a two part interview with Silent Hill composer, Akira Yamaoka, talking about the upcoming titles Silent Hill 5 and Silent Hill Origins, as well as his work on the series as a whole. The videos are very interesting to huge fans of Silent Hill such as myself, especially the word that Yamaoka will actually be consulting for the development of SH5.

The soundtrack for the Silent Hill series is practically my favorite of any game, especially Silent Hill 2, so I found this incredibly enjoyable. Good to know we share the same favorite of the series, too. Check out part two after the jump.
