Aaron Paul is turning on Xbox Ones with his new ad

I happen to really like the Kinect functionality for video playback. I watch all my media on the Xbox One, and being able to yell “fast-forward” or “pause” while I’m in the kitchen is great — I don’t even use a remote anymore.

Of course, it has its drawbacks. This new ad with Breaking Bad‘s Aaron Paul is apparently turning on Xbox Ones randomly by way of the “Xbox, on” command. I’ve actually seen the ad a few times but I was watching it on my Xbox One funnily enough, so I didn’t experience it.

The Kinect has some measures for not accidentally hearing commands from the TV, but I guess Paul’s voice is too commanding for the Xbox One to handle.
