A Fortnite Futurama crossover is confirmed: here’s all the details

Fortnite Futurama crossover details

Fortnite is no stranger to hosting crossover events, and with the revival of Futurama live on Hulu this week, Philip J. Fry and company are going to take the opportunity to zoom into the Fortnite universe. Teased on Twitter, the event seemingly will involve Mega City and the iconic Hypnotoad character: which you’ve probably seen at some point in your life, even if you don’t follow the show.

Bender’s Shiny Metal Raygun also made it into Fortnite as an in-game weapon.

As far as events go, this crossover is pretty tame/boilerplate. Unlike the massive weeks-long/separate battle pass Star Wars event this past season, this Futurama crossover is mostly cosmetic, with a small weapon addition amid a few other vaulted/un-vaulted cyclical armory changes.
