Status update on the other versions of Super Meat Boy

It sounds like a lot of you are still way into Super Meat Boy on Xbox LIVE Arcade, but what’s up with the other versions? Team Meat has shot off a bunch of tweets with the answer to that question and more.

The WiiWare version needs to be compressed, due to Nintendo’s restrictions for the service, so Wii owners will have to wait for now. It’s not coming out in November, at the very least. PC gets Meat Boy — and the Minecraft dude, as an unlockable — during the last week of this month; only the Steam edition will have achievements. And Mac? “Later.”

As for the SNES version, look for that in your dreams. You might have expected it to come in a Maximum Carnage-style red cartridge, but nope — black all the way.
