Club Nintendo to get Mario 25th anniversary items

Mario’s 25th anniversary is here and Club Nintendo is celebrating with some new themed items. Starting on Oct. 20, members will be able to redeem their Club Nintendo coins for a special “Evolution of Mario†screen saver and four limited-edition pins commemorating the 25th anniversary. It’s no special game re-release or anything like that, but we’ll take it. 

The screen saver features footage from Mario games over the last 25 years. It’s a bargain at only 10 coins. The copper pins, which feature 2D artwork, will be a more pricey 450 coins.

I’m sittin’ on mad bank right now. I think I’ll get both.
