Here’s an obligatory ‘Crysis 2 will be at E3’ teaser

I get the feeling I’m going to be writing a bunch more of these “Here’s a halfhearted look at this game you’re likely dying to see more of, but too bad, you’ll need to come back next week for the real deal” posts for the duration of this week.

The above teaser for Crysis 2 is a stellar example of this unavoidable pattern. It kind of shows one of the game’s enemies, The Pinger, although you can’t exactly make out much in the way of details. To me, the thing almost looks like a Metal Gear.

I can’t say one way or the other for sure, though — damn you intentional lack of clarity! Crysis 2 isn’t really going to be this dark, right? Right!?
