My week has officially been made by today’s announcement that Pac-Man Championship Edition DX will be releasing on Xbox LIVE Arcade this Wednesday. If you don’t know why I’m so enthusiastic about this one, you likely haven’t played the original Pac-Man CE or seen this video.
Pac-Man now has bombs, ghosts can form conga lines, and, well, that’s enough for me. There’s more to be excited about, for sure, but I’m good. Still no price yet, although it’s reasonable to expect $10 out of this game. Team 17’s Alien Breed 3: Descent is also out on Wednesday for $10, if you’re into blasting aliens.
