Assassin’s Creed Director’s Cut Edition hits Focus

The original Assassin’s Creed (2007) is going budget with a bonus. According to a recent release put out by Focus Multimedia, the company is offering up a discount on Ubisoft’s PC-exclusive release of Assassin’s Creed, dubbed Assassin’s Creed Director’s Cut Edition, for £9.99 in the UK.

This extended cut features four “exclusive” investigation missions: Rooftop Race Challenge, Archer Stealth Assassination Challenge, Assassin Escort, and Merchant Stand Destruction Challenge. Steam owners should be familiar with this, considering it was released in 2008 and has been subject to a Steam sale or two.

Sounds thrilling, right UK folks? Instead of doing the same three pointless things over and over again, you’ll be able to mix it up, and do seven pointless things over and over again. Get ready, world.

[Update: This thing is available on Steam and has been for a long time. I’ll be darned.]
