Whip confirmed in Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings

It’s a shame we still don’t know much about LucasArts’ upcoming Wii title Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings. Instead of lamenting we’ll just show you the screenshots (available in the gallery) we’ve procured from an asset disc given by the publisher slash developer at E3.

As you’ll observe, Staff of Kings has a minimalistic HUD. You may also notice the stunning lack of beer bottles and golden trinkets — two prominent objects shown in the teaser LucasArts released a few weeks ago.

Sure, there’s not much here, but we can confirm that Indy uses a whip. Feel free to get excited, hit the ceiling with a long, vertical object, and wake your neighbors. Or, you know, do whatever you do to get ready for another Indy title.
