E3 08: Double your pleasure with two inFamous trailers

Recommended Videos

We’ve got two new trailers for Sucker Punch’s PlayStation 3-exclusive sandbox game, inFamous, for you to take a look at. The first video is more oriented towards the storyline and reveals the title’s release (spring 2009), while the other is nothing but solid gameplay footage.

The first thing that came to my mind when I saw these videos was, “this looks like an open-world Psi-Ops, but with electricity,” and as far as I’m concerned, that’s a very, very good thing.

This is definitely one of those games that will really benefit from being demonstrated live. The fact that the star of inFamous is fighting against a group of strange hooded men adds to the mystery of it all and has me wanting to see more footage.
