The heavily-rumored Fable revival is happening, and if you’re gonna close out the Xbox Games Showcase with a vague but pleasant enough teaser trailer, that’s probably the property to end with.
Forza Horizon studio Playground Games is working on Fable – yep, just “Fable” – for Xbox Series X and PC. There’s a ton of opportunity for this team to breathe new life into the fantasy RPG series.
I would’ve hoped for a little more substance – something to grasp – but I’m tentatively hopeful.
