Publisher Panache Digital gave us our first look at Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey at The Game Awards. The open world survival game comes from the creator of Assassin’s Creed Patrice Désilets and spans about ten million years of history.

The third-person game forces players to survive predators, adapt and evolve to advance their clan. We got a gameplay clip on screen, but a stream after the show will give us a more detailed look.
