Nintendo is adding three new NES games to Switch Online

Super Dodge Ball, NES Open Tournament Golf, and Solomon’s Key

While the initial classic NES offerings for Nintendo’s Switch Online service aren’t necessarily worth subscribing for, the publisher did state that more were on the way, and now instead of a drip-feed Virtual Console strategy we can look forward to drip-fed subscription-tethered games.

On October 10 Nintendo will add three new NES games to the service: Super Dodge Ball, NES Open Tournament Golf, and Solomon’s Key. If you haven’t played them before the former is absolutely fantastic, disappearing pixels and rough frame rate and all, but you can check them out for yourself in the video below.

Nintendo is also teasing a future release date for Adventures of Lolo, Metroid, TwinBee, Ninja Gaiden, Wario’s Woods, and Mighty Bomb Jack. That’s basically your lineup for the rest of 2018!
