Saints Row 2 is here to f&$@ up Xbox One backward compatibility

The original Saints Row was a competent enough game, but it mostly felt like a direct Grand Theft Auto clone instead of anything new. The sequel is where things started to get a bit crazy and is definitely the place where new players should begin. Now, you won’t even need to dig up an Xbox 360 or PS3 to play the game, since Saints Row 2 has joined the Xbox One backward compatibility list.

It is the sole game being added today, but that is fine enough. What really sold me on Saints Row 2 was the inclusion of full story co-op. Having my friend tag along was a wild ride, especially when we got into “Septic Avenger” and “Insurance Fraud.” The combos we got going were pretty damn insane.
