Fortnite Battle Royale’s ‘Starter Pack’ is live now for $5, grants roughly $6 of V-Buck currency

Includes an outfit and the bucks

It’s been rumored for a while by way of an early leak, but Fornite‘s Battle Royale starter pack is now live. In essence you’re buying this one-time deal for $5, and you’ll get an outfit and 600 V-Bucks (roughly $6) out of the offer. You have until April 1 to grab it.

There is one stipulation worth mentioning — naturally, the 600 V-Buck reward isn’t quite enough to buy most of the good stuff (that will run you 800 or more V-Bucks) or the Battle Pass for season three.
