New release from First 4 Figures ready to reserve

Statue designers First 4 Figures have released a new video showcasing their next release based on the much-beloved Spyro the Dragon series.

The video shows off the resin statue of a Crystal Dragon, the beautiful-but-grim prisons that holds one of Spyro’s captured friends within. The new statue weighs just under six pounds and stands 22 inches tall, 17 inches wide and 22 inches deep. That’s a pretty meaty footprint.

The statue will be available in three formats: Crystallized, Exclusive and Standard. The crystallized edition features a more translucent design and glow-in-the-dark paint, as well as optional LED lighting effects and a bonus mini Golden Dragon. The Exclusive edition features a more block-coloured paint design, along with the LED effects and Golden Dragon. The Standard edition does not include the crystallized design, LEDs or Golden Dragon.

All three formats are currently available for reservation at a cost of $474.99, not including shipping costs or any applicable customs charges. If you’re the richest Spyro fan on the planet, you can reserve a double pack for $899.99. Validation starts on June 26, with pre-orders closing on July 27. The dragons are expected to ship in February 2019.
