According to Codemasters, a demo for their upcoming first-person shooter Turning Point: Fall of Liberty has hit Xbox LIVE. At 1.4 GB, the demo puts players in the shoes of Dan Carson, a New York City construction engineer who is thrust into battle when an undefeated Third Reich launches an attack on the city. Alternate 1953 history sucks.
Xbox LIVE has also decided to suck, as well. This Spark Unlimited developed shooter sounds promising, and I’d love to check it out this morning. Instead, I get some nice reading material from Microsoft:
