Call of Duty: WWII checks out Egypt in new ‘Map Briefings’ video series

Fought like an Egyptian

Activision have started a new video series to dole out tips and hints for online multiplayer in Call of Duty: WWII. The new “Map Briefings” series looks at current and upcoming maps and offers information to help you get started.

The first video looks at the new Egypt map, which is dropping as part of upcoming DLC package The War Machine. The video is short, slick and informative, featuring cool, digitally-drawn strategies from hosts Matt Abbot and Gabriel Galaz.

I guess the only negative that comes from videos such as these is that they offer a lot of people the same advice. So you turn up to that sweet, lonely sniping spot to find that there’s a party going on, and you were last to arrive. Still, I think its a good idea and well-presented.

Call of Duty: WWII is available now on PS4, Xbox One and PC. The War Machine DLC drops on PS4 April 10, with other platforms to follow soon thereafter.
