If you, like me, are confused by the Xbox One dashboard every four months when you’re trying to use it to play a game and yearn for a simpler way: how about Windows 95?

YouTube’s vcfan got the virtual DOS machine app Dosbox running on their Xbox One, from which point you can run Windows 95 and other software. But you won’t be able to do this yourself, unless you have a developer Xbox One unit, though Microsoft is allowing Universal Windows Platform (UWP) for the public this summer.

There may be some protections that keep you from playing Duke Nukem 3D, though.
