I forgot that Wolfenstein: The New Order included (eventual) access to the Doom beta. At QuakeCon 2015, Bethesda said it plans to pick PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One players from that pool to try out the multiplayer alpha “in the coming months.”

To be eligible, “make sure you redeem your Doom beta code at wolfenstein.com/doom. If you purchased the game digitally through Steam, PSN, or Xbox Live, you’re already set — you have a digital entitlement that will ready you for the alpha when it starts.”

Even if you’re not chosen for the alpha, there’s still the beta to look forward to. It’ll be available sometime next year before the game’s full launch in spring.
