Sean Bean will voice more than the trailer for Civilization VI

I think Sean Bean may have finally found himself a project where he can’t possibly suffer a gruesome on-screen death — the narrator in Civilization 6.

PC Gamer has confirmed that Bean is not just the presenter for the game’s official reveal trailer. He’ll actually provide the narration for the game’s tech tree quotes, which you can get a glimpse of below. It’s not the most spirited performance ever, but it’s good enough for me! Plus, they’re basically “Dad Jokes” narrated by Sean Bean.

Bean also appears in Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV — which was recently released in Japan, and will arrive soon in the west. Civilization VI drops in October, and it looks dope as hell.
