Tactical Games Summer Sale
Today is round five of six in Green Man Gaming’s 2016 Summer Sale with a running theme of “Get Tactical.” Somehow that translates into a discount on the Portal bundle dropping the Portal 1+2 package from the list price of $30 to only $5. In total, about 260 new PC games went up for sale today. Many other notable titles are up for grabs and a good handful are at their cheapest prices ever. One prime example is Ashes of the Singularity falling to $16.99 — its first fall below $20 that we’ve seen.
Most of the games in the sale are in the strategy genre, but some are a bit of a stretch. Titles like Civilization V and Europa Universalis IV fit that mold well, but you can probably argue that the Portal, Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell, and Thief series are a different type of “tactics.” Be sure to log in or create an account in order to see the best price as coupons are a thing of the past at GMG.
