Whoa! That soundtrack is not messing around.

It has been literal years since we last caught up with Zeboyd Games’ Cosmic Star Heroine and it sure is good to hear that it’s almost ready for a summer release on PlayStation 4 and PS Vita ($14.99; Cross-Buy). I was wondering! If you missed the Kickstarter or otherwise aren’t familiar, this is a turn-based role-playing game with classic sensibilities from the folks behind Cthulhu Saves the World. Really, though, be sure to catch this E3 trailer — it’s the good stuff.

As mentioned today on the PlayStation Blog, Zeboyd is also tapping Limited Run for a physical collector’s edition of Cosmic Star Heroine. PlayStation Vita owners will have that option, too.
