Just like Handsome Jack does in Borderlands 2

2K announced at PAX Prime that one of Jack’s look-alike bodyguards would be the first DLC Vault Hunter for Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, but information past that was scant. Pieces of his back story can be found via semi-hidden recordings in Jack’s Office on Helios Station, but now we have more concrete details on how he will play, thanks to a PAX Australia announcement.

His class is called the Doppelganger, and his Action Skill is Expendable Assets, which summons two digistructed clones of himself that fight alongside him until the timer runs out. It should sound familiar, because Handsome Jack uses that power during the fight against him in Borderlands 2.

His three skill trees are The Hero of this Story, Greater Good, and Free Enterprise. Hero of this Story grants defensive and grenade buffs, Greater Good is focused on co-op with bonuses during Fight For Your Life mode, and Free Enterprise takes different weapon manufacturers into account and encourages switching weapons frequently.

Jack the Doppelganger set to release on November 11. The character is included in the Season Pass, or can be purchased separately for $9.99.
