Take that, Konami: Kojima to be honored at D.I.C.E. Awards ceremony

Wasn’t allowed to attend The Game Awards

Remember last month when Konami barred Kojima from The Game Awards? We all do, and likely won’t stop talking about it anytime soon. Thankfully he’s out in the wild again, making games with a brand new studio, and he’s about to be honored properly, at a ceremony he’s allowed to attend.

At the upcoming the 19th D.I.C.E. Awards ceremony on February 18, 2016 in Las Vegas, Kojima will be inducted into The Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences Hall of Fame. Oh, and Guillermo del Toro will present the award. It’s like the cycle of hell for Kojima has come full circle, and now he’s free.
