Sony acknowledges Vita, saves Banner Saga Vita port

It’s a Christmas miracle

While Sony is busy blaming everyone but themselves for the failure of the Vita, they basically took it and shot it behind the barn. There’s almost nothing coming out for it from Sony, and as I’ve noted in the past, Atlus is a first-party Vita developer at this point.

Strangely enough though, they answered the call of fans and have saved the ill-fated Banner Saga Vita project. The game is finally coming to consoles next year, and although the Vita version was going to be dropped, Gio Corsi of Sony (Director of Third Party Production & Developer Relations) notes that they are swooping in and saving the day to help work on it.
