Ubisoft announces Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege

Holy destructible environments

Recommended Videos

Ubisoft closed off its E3 press conference with the announcement of a brand-new game, Rainbow Six Siege. The demo shown featured a 5v5 multiplayer session that had one team holding a citizen hostage and barricading the house they were in from the team that was tasked with invading and saving said citizen.

The invading team had a map of the house, a drone to scope the inside, and finally decided to breach the home after dropping in from a helicopter. They blasted a giant hole through the wall, and many more after that. Destruction looks incredible in this. The hostage was swapped between teams, and the house continued to get demolished with another breach happening through the top of the floor. That was rad. You can check out the rest for yourself in the video above.

Rainbow Six Siege will release next year for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
