PlayStation Vita finally gets its killer app — Pets

For all of you out there who have been waiting for something other than ports to hit the PlayStation Vita, your wait is finally over. The killer app from Sony has arrived, and it goes by the name of — PlayStation Vita Pets.

Yep, that’s right, Pets is described as “no ordinary pet game,” since the focus is put on adventure, as you pick from a litter of four puppies each with their “own personality.” So what they’re saying is, it’s that a cute RPG (CRPG)? Where’s Dale North when you need him?!

On one hand, this seems to be a blatant way for Sony to get in on the Kinectimals and Nintendogs craze. On the other…HIPPO DOG. My god, the game has a hippo dog.
