Look, I’m as surprised as anyone that Shadow Warrior is getting a reboot but I suppose after the announcement of the new Rise of the Triad all bets were off. I didn’t play the original but I saw my friend having a great time back in 1997 playing it. If you’re in the same boat as me, then you’ll be happy to know that the Shadow Warrior Classic is now available for free on Steam.
This is a fairly smart move on the behalf of publisher Devolver Digital; it’ll help people like myself familiarise themselves with a game they knew about but didn’t play.
