August will have one Mega Man game release per week on Wii U

You can bet these will headline Nintendo Download

Each week in the Nintendo Download series, I can highlight whatever I want in the title — and you can bet that I’ll continue to pick Mega Man games this month! According to Capcom Unity, every week in August will see a new Mega Man Wii U Virtual Console release, with Mega Man 5, Mega Man 6, Mega Man X3, and Battle Chip Challenge to follow-up Battle Network.

Each date will be a mystery, so community member Sephzilla could have his wish for an X3 release as early as next week! For impressions on the classic and X series, check out my respective features. The only game I wouldn’t recommend in this mix is Battle Chip Challenge.
