Happy Tuesday!
It’s over. The Steam summer sale has finally ended. Personally, I’m glad it’s over. I spent way more than I said I would, and I have a feeling I would have kept going. 19 games. That was my haul this year, nineteen friggin games.
Out of those nineteen games, how many have I played? Four. I’ll eventually get around to playing the other fifteen games. One day.
Oh yea, don’t forget, Phil (Philanthr0py) will be answering questions on “Between 2fort” next Saturday, here’s Shadow with some details:
So next Saturday at 5PM PST/8PM EST, Philanthr0py, aka Phil will be joining the server for the next episode of Between 2Fort. On a different note, the Steam Summer Sale is now over, and our wallets are now that much emptier. This year I didn’t get too many games, but after finally jumping into XCOM: Enemy Within I’ll be damned if I could put it down. I will also see about potentially hosting some Payday 2 at some point for Friday Night Fights as well. Overall while there weren’t too many deals I just couldn’t pass up, the deals I did find, made the wait for the games well worth it. As always if you ever have any questions or comments, feel free to leave a comment below or contact one of the server admins. Finally, the TF2 server is run by the community, and if you would ever like to give back, feel free to donate here. It means a lot to us and helps to provide you with the endless hours of shenanigans we so love.
So what is TF2sday?
Every Tuesday, a ton of folks from all across Destructoid hop on to the community server to play, talk, and shoot each other. It’s usually a pretty crazy good time, and almost always involves various melee only matches between a handful of classes. So feel free to jump on and join us sometime!
