Well that didn’t take long.

Nintendo has sent over word to Destructoid that three games have been confirmed from the mind of Shigeru Miyamoto — Star Fox, Project Giant Robot, and Project Guard.

All of these will be on the Wii U, and for Star Fox, the GamePad will show the view of Fox McCloud’s Arwing. The TV shows the perspective behind your ship, and you can use the gyro sensors from the GamePad to target enemies. You can also switch between the Arwing and the Landmaster tank instantly, as well as a new helicopter vehicle. It’s slated for 2015.

Project Giant Robot turns the GamePad into a factory, where you can build your own creation. From there, the GamePad becomes a cockpit, where you can control your robot and fight other creations. It’s also coming in 2015.

Guard involves stopping a robot invasion, tasking you to set security cameras around a special perimeter, then monitor them to shoot lasers and blast the invaders — this is another 2015 release.
