Natural Selection 2’s ‘Gorgeous’ update hits today

Free update to an amazing game

Natural Selection 2 has always gotten smaller, bug-squashin’ and balance-fixin’ patches. Today, however, a large content patch will hit the competitive hybrid titled the “Gorgeous” update. There are a bunch of new weapons and abilities added, included Gorge tunnels which allows the Alien team to quickly travel from one place to another.

There is also a new map called Descent, which was designed due to fan feedback claiming the existing maps felt too similar. The Gorge is my favorite Alien class, and I love that this update gives it even more flexibility. This update is completely free, and will hit Steam at 1500 PST. Unknown Worlds has already done the time conversion for you, so check out this handy dandy map.

Oh! And once the update hits, the game will be 50% off on Steam. If you were thinking about buying it before, now is a perfect time since the update also adds more tutorial goodness!
