How to unlock all Vampire Survivors: Legacy of Bloodmoon characters
For starters, you’ll need access to the DLC. Then, begin a fresh round in Red Moon Manor. All the unlocks are exclusive to the new map, and the following table has all the necessary information you’ll need.

| Malice Bloodmoon | Find the coffin in the Red Moon Manor and open it. |
| Calogero | Use Malice to survive 15 minutes to unlock the Scarlet Needle. Evolve the Scarlet Needle to unlock Calogero. |
| Ashtart | Survive 15 minutes with Calogero to unlock Ashella, and then evolve it. |
| Sargon | Survive 15 minutes with Ashtart to unlock Incineration, and then evolve the weapon. |
| Fool | Upgrade Descent Into Misery to Level 9. |
| Congregation | Complete seven runs with Nameless Fool where you die. Focus on dying to get to unlock quicker. |
| Jaman Jato | Defeat 6000 Jaman Jatos across multiple runs. |
| Saint | Defeat Ashtart, Sargon, Congregation, and Baal in a single run. |
| Kujata | Break the statue of Kujata with either 108 Responsive Prayers or 108 Bocce. |
| Baal’Thasar | Defeat the ultimate boss in the Red Moon Manor. |
| Baal’Thamur | Once you unlock Baal’Thasar, hold the Velvet Dodecahedron and obtain Damnation. |
I also recommend getting the Red Moon Manor Map first. This will help you immensely to find out all the required chambers and locations.
